Established trade supplier seeks experienced internal sales professional to manage regional customer portfolio
Our client is a long-established, family-owned trade supply business with exceptional financial stability and a loyal customer base built over decades. They're looking for someone with genuine trade counter, merchant, or allied supply sector experience to join their tight-knit Leicester team.
This is a telephone-based sales and order coordination role managing a regional customer territory, requiring strong product knowledge in building services, mechanical systems, or related trade supplies.
Core responsibilities:
Sales and customer relationship management:
* Managing inbound sales enquiries from trade customers, providing accurate quotations for products and materials
* Conducting proactive outbound calling to existing and prospective customers to generate orders
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, installers, merchants, and trade professionals
