Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment of goods.
  • Implement and enforce all warehouse safety procedures and regulations, including proper PPE usage.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and oversee stock rotation.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and experience enforcing PPE requirements.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement in all logistics aspects.
