We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments by labeling, staging, and organizing them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Willingness to use provided PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the shift.
