Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Accurately put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments by labeling, staging, and organizing them for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
  • Willingness to use provided PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the shift.
