About the Role

As an HVAC Technical Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to both external and internal customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling technical calls and emails from customers.
  • Planning and coordinating customer assistance site visits.
  • Preparing detailed reports for customers.
  • Providing training for apprentices.
  • Managing out-of-hours technical calls as per your training.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience with HVAC Products (VRFs preferred, along with chillers and split systems)

  • F-gas certificate

  • Hydrocarbon certificate (a plus)

  • Guilds or NC in Refrigeration

  • Valid UK driving license

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 & Outlook

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites
