Are you ready to make a difference in customer satisfaction? As a Customer Care Administrator , you will be the heartbeat of our Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for the UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business. This is your chance to shine as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Your Mission:In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
- Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer orders in our system.
- Raise and manage purchase orders with Carrier factories and approved third-party suppliers.
- Support complex orders that go beyond standard shipments.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, providing clear and proactive communication.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, documentation, and invoicing.
- Coordinate and resolve service, delivery, and operational issues raised by customers.
- Be the initial contact for post-sale inquiries regarding warranty, quality, technical issues, or breakdowns.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Experience in customer care, order processing, or operations within a technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or similar preferred).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong customer-focus with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and team integration skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
