Reporting to the Store Manager, as an Assistant Manager, you will play a key
leadership role in driving profitable sales growth and ensuring an exceptional
in-store brand experience. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will be
accountable for all aspects of store operations and financial performance. You will
lead, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a
culture of excellence and customer-focused service. Your leadership will
inspire success, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create a welcoming
environment for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations including achieving
sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team
leadership. - Oversee
business operations in the absence of the Store Manager. - Drive
business results through coaching and encouraging a customer focused sales team - Promote
the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and
values - Help
recruit, train and retain a high-performing sales team - Oversee
store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and
closing duties - Execute
all merchandising, marketing and visual presentation aspects of the store
according to our standards and directives - Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure
company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness - Creating
a positive work environment that embodies our values
Experience
& Qualifications:
- 1–2
years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty
or apparel store - Proven
ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team - Strong
retail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs - Demonstrated
success in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-performing team members - Excellent
customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences - Team-oriented
mindset with a collaborative approach to leadership - Physically
able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs - Flexible
availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts - Ambition
to grow within the company, with a goal of becoming a future Store Manager
