Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory assessments.
  • Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and forecast needs.
  • Identify and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
  • Ensure proper organization, storage, and labeling of all inventory items.
  • Uphold stringent **safety** standards and ensure the correct use of **PPE**.
  • Collaborate with **logistics** and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for inventory control.
  • Requires the ability for **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a **logistics** environment.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and **safety** procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Knowledge of **PPE** requirements in a warehouse setting.
