Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory assessments.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and forecast needs.
- Identify and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper organization, storage, and labeling of all inventory items.
- Uphold stringent **safety** standards and ensure the correct use of **PPE**.
- Collaborate with **logistics** and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for inventory control.
- Requires the ability for **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a **logistics** environment.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and **safety** procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge of **PPE** requirements in a warehouse setting.
