We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced Logistics environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, order picking, packing, and general facility maintenance. Your dedication to Safety and efficiency will be crucial to our daily operations. We are committed to providing a secure and productive workplace for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and best practices to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics and inventory handling.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
