We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced Logistics environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, order picking, packing, and general facility maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and best practices to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics and inventory handling.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
