Description of Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Customer Service and Communications
- Answer company phone calls and emails
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Receive, screen, and forward inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Handle complaints and resolve problematic situations with diplomacy
- Conduct follow-ups with clients
Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Monitor payments and accounts receivable
- Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders
- Maintain up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with management on administrative follow-up
Research and Procurement
- Research materials and suppliers
- Request quotes and compare pricing
- Track and follow up on orders
- Maintain records of purchases and suppliers
Marketing and Social Media
- Manage the company’s social media accounts
- Publish promotional and informational content
- Respond to online messages and comments
- Assist in developing marketing strategies
- Update digital platforms and advertisements
General Administration
- File and organize company records
- Manage administrative documentation
- Prepare documents and reports
- Provide administrative support to management
