Description of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Customer Service and Communications

  • Answer company phone calls and emails
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Receive, screen, and forward inquiries to the appropriate parties
  • Handle complaints and resolve problematic situations with diplomacy
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients

Billing and Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Monitor payments and accounts receivable
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Collaborate with management on administrative follow-up

Research and Procurement

  • Research materials and suppliers
  • Request quotes and compare pricing
  • Track and follow up on orders
  • Maintain records of purchases and suppliers

Marketing and Social Media

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts
  • Publish promotional and informational content
  • Respond to online messages and comments
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies
  • Update digital platforms and advertisements

General Administration

  • File and organize company records
  • Manage administrative documentation
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Provide administrative support to management
