Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and questions;
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate people;
- Conduct research to help customers resolve their issues;
- Manage returns and exchanges;
- Order and receive office supplies;
- Perform all other related duties.
- Work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of an ERP system;
- Computer savvy;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with English-speaking clients 50% of the time).
