This is not a complex AI research project. We need a practical, well-designed automation that is low-maintenance and easy for a non-technical team to manage.
The system must:
Scan predefined funding sources (RSS feeds and curated sources).
Use GPT (or Gemini) to:
Summarize each opportunity
Identify thematic alignment
Detect eligibility (lead, partner, subcontractor)
Flag co-financing requirements
Score strategic fit
Generate a structured email digest twice weekly (Monday and Thursday).
Flag urgent opportunities (deadline 12 business days).
After manual approval or automated:
Create a Google Drive folder for the opportunity
Generate a proposal skeleton document
Create a main calendar deadline event
Generate milestone dates based on proposal size (LOI, Medium, Full)
Store all opportunities in a Google Sheet database for tracking and institutional memory.
Deliverables: Fully functioning scenario(s), Google Sheet database structure , Email digest template, Timeline calculation logic, Documentation explaining how to maintain the system
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: , Google Workspace, Project Workflows, OpenAI API
