Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate team members through regular one-on-ones and semi-annual reviews.
- Support operational projects and process improvements.
- Oversee timely responses to phone, voicemail, and written customer inquiries.
- Manage escalations and complex service issues.
- Review order status concerns, coordinate on fulfillment delays, and maintain service standards.
- Provide product information and escalate technical matters when required.
- Approve order adjustments, cancellations, and retention-focused solutions.
- Assist with shipment tracing and carrier claims.
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience using performance metrics to improve team results.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across departments.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
