About

Northern Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily support operations and lead a growing service team. This role ensures consistent service standards, manages escalations, monitors performance, and improves processes to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong judgment, organization, and cross-functional communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate team members through regular one-on-ones and semi-annual reviews.
  • Support operational projects and process improvements.
  • Oversee timely responses to phone, voicemail, and written customer inquiries.
  • Manage escalations and complex service issues.
  • Review order status concerns, coordinate on fulfillment delays, and maintain service standards.
  • Provide product information and escalate technical matters when required.
  • Approve order adjustments, cancellations, and retention-focused solutions.
  • Assist with shipment tracing and carrier claims.

Hours and location of work:
  • Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Address: 65 Courtland Ave, Vaughan, ON L4K 3T1.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD + up to 10% annual bonus.
Interview Workflow:
  • Recruiter Screen - 30min
  • Cognitive Online Test - 40min 
  • 1st Team Interview - 1 hour
