We are a growing marketing agency looking for a highly organised, process-driven Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support the Managing Director and senior team.
This is not a creative role. It is a structure and execution role.
Your job is to ensure that client instructions, meeting notes and internal tasks are properly processed, assigned and followed through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
• Turn client meeting notes or transcripts into clear action lists
• Assign tasks and deadlines in our project management system
• Ensure team members acknowledge and complete tasks
• Track progress and flag delays early
• Manage the Managing Director's calendar
• Maintain a billing tracker and flag discrepancies
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Keep documentation organised and structured
You must be detail-oriented, disciplined and comfortable following up with people when tasks are incomplete. Nothing should fall through the cracks.
We are looking for someone long-term.

Strong written English is essential. Remote experience preferred.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
