Deliverables
• Manage email, text, and voicemail, and other online messaging correspondence
• Translate internal and external communications
• Coordinate client appointments
• Provide translation support during meetings and counseling sessions
• Ensure help desk remains organized and responsive
• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Management System (CMS)
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
