This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a broad range of tasks that keep our products moving. You'll be involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, playing a critical part in our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Put away stock into correct warehouse locations.
- Pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Stage finished orders for outbound transportation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
- Follow guidelines for the correct use of PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good communication skills.
