Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Distribution Center Associate! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a broad range of tasks that keep our products moving. You'll be involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, playing a critical part in our logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
  • Put away stock into correct warehouse locations.
  • Pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders carefully and ensure they are ready for shipment.
  • Stage finished orders for outbound transportation.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
  • Follow guidelines for the correct use of PPE at all times.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills.
