POSITION OVERVIEW
Black & Right Management Consulting Inc. is building a national bench of experienced management consultants capable of operating across industries, mandates, and functional domains.
This is not a theoretical advisory role.
We are seeking disciplined operators who can diagnose, design, implement, stabilize, and institutionalize transformation inside real organizations under real pressure.
Successful candidates must be willing to:
• Travel across Canada as required
• Work in hybrid environments (on-site, remote, executive interface)
• Assume interim leadership, advisory, and execution roles simultaneously
• Move between mandates quickly based on client demand
• Operate with authority in politically complex environments
This is a multi-discipline deployment model. You may serve as transformation lead on one assignment and operational integrator or governance architect on another.

Our work centers on structural transformation, execution discipline, and operating model clarity. Consultants must demonstrate depth in one or more of the following domains:
1. Organizational Transformation & Operating Model Design
• Enterprise transformation leadership
• Operating model redesign
• Decision rights and governance clarity
• Structural alignment and accountability systems
• Executive mandate stabilization
• Cultural reset through standards and enforcement
2. Execution & Performance Discipline
• KPI architecture and dashboard implementation
• Margin governance and cost control frameworks
• Revenue stabilization and growth discipline
• Sales force structure optimization (without headcount inflation)
• Performance management systems
• Quarterly business review design
3. Operational & Supply Chain Governance
• Procurement controls
• Inventory integrity frameworks
• Warehouse and logistics discipline
• ERP/SAP governance
• Vendor performance management
• Contract compliance frameworks
4. Sales & Commercial Structure
• Codification of top performer models
• Account prioritization frameworks
• Pricing governance
• Territory and coverage optimization
• Commercial margin protection
• Deal qualification discipline
5. Change Leadership & Organizational Clarity
• Change management tied to authority, not morale
• Role clarity design
• Decision boundary enforcement
• Leadership team reset
• Executive coaching under transformation conditions

ROLE STRUCTURE
This is not a single-job placement.
Consultants may be deployed as:
• Interim Executives (COO, VP Operations, Commercial Lead, etc.)
• Transformation Leads
• Governance Architects
• Performance Stabilization Advisors
• Operational Integrators
• Special Projects Leads
• Multi-site Turnaround Managers
Assignments may range from 30-day stabilization to 24-month structural transformation mandates.

EXPECTED PROFILE
We are seeking individuals with:
• 10+ years leadership experience in complex operating environments
• Demonstrated accountability for P&L, margin, or operational performance
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity and resistance
• Comfort operating at Board and C-Suite levels
• Ability to implement systems—not merely recommend them
• Political maturity and executive presence
• High mobility and schedule flexibility
Preferred:
• Multi-industry exposure
• Mining, industrial, logistics, marine, infrastructure, or public-sector experience
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Experience with remote or rotational operations
• Willingness to relocate temporarily for mandate execution
