Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience, or PhD + 4 years, including hands-on technical management.
Proven experience in recruiting, building, and leading successful engineering teams, including managing performance.
Bachelor of Science/Master’s in Computer Science or relevant practical experience.
Experience in supporting, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management with large-scale distributed systems.
Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Industry:
