Opening balances
Tenant ledgers
Security deposits and prepayments
Bank setup and reconciliations
Income and expense coding
Rent automation setup
Goal: Clean, accurate books going forward.
Looking for strong Buildium experience and rental property accounting knowledge.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
