Starting March 1, tenants will pay me directly through Buildium (already set up).

I've started entering data that the management company did not track and want everything reviewed before I fully take over.
Tocoloma Ave LLC
Two single-family homes rented by the room.
What I need reviewed:
Chart of accounts
Opening balances
Tenant ledgers
Security deposits and prepayments
Bank setup and reconciliations
Income and expense coding
Rent automation setup
Goal: Clean, accurate books going forward.
Looking for strong Buildium experience and rental property accounting knowledge.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Intuit QuickBooks, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Transaction Data Entry, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Basics, Buildium, Inventory Management, AppFolio, QuickBooks Online, Xero, CloudApp
