Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with dispute processing, documentation tracking, and case management. This role is administrative in nature and requires strong organization skills.
Responsibilities
• Prepare dispute letters using company templates
• Update dispute tracking spreadsheets
• Organize client documentation
• Monitor 30-day deadlines
• Log responses from credit bureaus and furnishers
• Assist with complaint documentation (no filing authority without approval)
• Maintain accurate digital client files
Requirements
• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Administrative or financial services background preferred
• Ability to follow SOPs exactly as written
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
