Job Title: Territory Business Development Representative – B2B
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill), ON | Full-Time | Field-Based

Compensation:

  • Base pay plus uncapped commission
  • Typical first-year earnings: $80,000–$95,000+
  • Mileage reimbursement + monthly vehicle allowance + benefits

About the Role:
Grow Wagonmaster's automotive maintenance business across Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. Field-based role building relationships with dealerships. Own your territory, develop new business, and build lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and develop B2B customers
  • Conduct in-person visits and product demos
  • Build relationships with owners and managers
  • Provide basic product training
  • Track activity in CRM and grow your book of business

Who You Are:

  • Automotive, industrial, equipment, service, or customer-facing experience OR some B2B / sales experience preferred
  • Motivated to build a professional career in business development or sales
  • Comfortable with prospecting and field visits
  • Organized, reliable, self-directed
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
