Job Title: Territory Business Development Representative – B2B
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill), ON | Full-Time | Field-Based
Compensation:
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $80,000–$95,000+
- Mileage reimbursement + monthly vehicle allowance + benefits
About the Role:
Grow Wagonmaster's automotive maintenance business across Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. Field-based role building relationships with dealerships. Own your territory, develop new business, and build lasting partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and develop B2B customers
- Conduct in-person visits and product demos
- Build relationships with owners and managers
- Provide basic product training
- Track activity in CRM and grow your book of business
Who You Are:
- Automotive, industrial, equipment, service, or customer-facing experience OR some B2B / sales experience preferred
- Motivated to build a professional career in business development or sales
- Comfortable with prospecting and field visits
- Organized, reliable, self-directed
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
