Telecommunication Consulting needs a resource capable of troubleshooting technical issues for a financial institution. The resource will interface with the customer and internal Telecommunication teams and attend customer and Telecommunication technical and team. SME-level knowledge and proven experience. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences with discernment and sensitivity, as well as to interface with the customer daily. Innovative with curiosity and desire to stay abreast of ongoing technology and software advancements.
