Telecommunication Consulting needs a resource capable of troubleshooting technical issues for a financial institution. The resource will interface with the customer and internal Telecommunication teams and attend customer and Telecommunication technical and team. SME-level knowledge and proven experience. Highly responsive, dependable, and self-directed problem-solver with a strong work ethic who is fully committed to the designated shift. Leadership that builds trust and has an advisory, consultative style. Good team player who takes initiative and works collaboratively. Resourceful and can identify issue to resolution and keep project moving forward. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences with discernment and sensitivity, as well as to interface with the customer daily. Innovative with curiosity and desire to stay abreast of ongoing technology and software advancements.
