Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly store goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (after proper training and certification).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Utilize scanning technology to track inventory movement and order status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Must be willing to wear **PPE** as required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
