We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly store goods.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct items and quantities.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (after proper training and certification).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Utilize scanning technology to track inventory movement and order status.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety** and ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Must be willing to wear **PPE** as required.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
