As a Client Relations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in understanding client needs, strengthening partnerships, and helping shape the future of client engagement at APS. Your ability to blend communication, technology, and collaboration will shine in this dynamic, people‑centered position

A typical day for the Client Relations Coordinator
- Build and maintain strong relationships with APS' clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Research information, prepare accurate reports and presentations.
- Track and analyze client requests, KPIs, and service data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client updates and reporting.
- Maintain client engagement tools such as the Client Portal and Microsoft Planner.
- Identify process improvements and develop or update procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate client education sessions across APS business units.
What you bring
- University degree and three to five years of related client-facing experience, or a diploma with five to ten years of related experience.
- Experience with pension administration and understanding of government pension regulations and legislation.
- Strong comfort with IT solutions, including AI, CRM systems, portals, and ticketing systems.
- Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders using tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal, including the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience developing client strategies and engagement frameworks is an asset.
