We are looking for dedicated individuals to be a vital part of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our facility to our customers. Your role will involve a variety of tasks essential to our operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition.
- Store merchandise in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and accuracy standards.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
