Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition.
  • Store merchandise in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
  • Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and accuracy standards.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
