Job Summary:
Are you a motivated individual looking for a hands-on role? Our Fort Worth, Texas location is hiring Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse team. This position is key to our order fulfillment process, requiring speed, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety. If you enjoy an active role and want to contribute to seamless logistics, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse stock based on customer order specifications.
  • Pack merchandise using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • Verify picked items against order forms for accuracy in product and quantity.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory.
  • Operate basic material handling equipment, like pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
  • Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, and adhere to safe lifting guidelines.
  • Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the picking/packing process to supervision.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as required to support the logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic reading and numerical comprehension skills.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology is beneficial.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing PPE.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
