Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Omaha, Nebraska. In this vital role, you will be central to our order processing and shipment operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for delivery. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and prioritizes Safety in every task. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations according to order pick lists.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet standards.
- Package products carefully and appropriately, using correct materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to prepare orders for shipment.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movement and update order statuses in our system.
- Maintain an orderly and safe workspace, adhering strictly to all warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ensure mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to guarantee personal Safety.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and put-away of stock.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment quotas and enhance logistics workflow.
- Follow all company policies and operational guidelines diligently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stock role is beneficial. Must be able to perform consistent Lifting and bending. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proven commitment to Safety and adherence to all established protocols is required.
