Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations according to order pick lists.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet standards.
- Package products carefully and appropriately, using correct materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to prepare orders for shipment.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movement and update order statuses in our system.
- Maintain an orderly and safe workspace, adhering strictly to all warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ensure mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to guarantee personal Safety.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and put-away of stock.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment quotas and enhance logistics workflow.
- Follow all company policies and operational guidelines diligently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stock role is beneficial. Must be able to perform consistent Lifting and bending. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proven commitment to Safety and adherence to all established protocols is required.
