ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a field-based sales role serving local small businesses and their employees.

It's built for someone who enjoys being out meeting people, developing relationships, and building their own book of business.

You'll learn how to prospect effectively, meet with business owners, present benefit solutions, and organize your workflow using our CRM.

Training comes directly from leaders who are actively succeeding in the field, not from sitting in a classroom or consuming video modules. This is a lead-by-example culture.

As you grow, your focus shifts from new business to referrals and reservicing existing client accounts.
