Now, we are excited to announce that we are expanding with a new restaurant in Sausalito, opening in early 2025

Cultivar Ghirardelli Square Tasting Room, 900 North Point, San Francisco
Cultivar Sausalito, 690 Bridgeway, Sausalito (opening January 2026)
Kitchen Manager:
-MUST BE BI-LINGUEL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
-We need an energetic Kitchen Manager to manage our kitchen on Chestnut Chestnut Street operations
- Instruct cooks or other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food .
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation.
- Ensure an organizations system is implemented and maintained for food, equipment, or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.

-Proficient in scheduling, planning, preparation and time management.
-45 to 50 hours per week working in the kitchen.
-Attend weekly Manager meetings
-Participate in interviewing and hiring all BOH members
-Maintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities, communicate with cleaners as necessary
-Control / scan paperwork (invoices, BOL's, receipts)
-Approve BOH daily time clock in Toast
-Monitor employee dress code
-Must have Managers Food Safety prior to starting work
-Must have clean driver license
Customer Service:
-You must be at the restaurant and engaged.
-Know and be able to talk about the menu.
-Communicate a comprehensive knowledge of all the Cultivar wines, food and vegetables, company philosophy, goals, and experiences offered.
Training:
- Assure an effective orientation and training for new BOH staff and professional development activities for staff are planned and implemented.
-Implement consistent training programs so all staff have perform to the same expectation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
