* POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring for multiple leadership roles:
Operations Manager, General Manager, Assistant GM, and Kitchen Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring passion, leadership, strong execution, and a commitment to quality. You will uphold our high standards, develop our people, and drive the success of your location.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety & health regulations
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment
  • Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage financial performance and revenue goals
  • Execute strategies to improve sales and control costs
  • Manage ordering, inventory levels, and product availability
  • Enforce company policies for cash handling, equipment care, and operations
  • Support company growth through operational excellence

* REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or full service preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Passion for scratch-made food and high-quality service
