* POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring for multiple leadership roles:
Operations Manager, General Manager, Assistant GM, and Kitchen Manager.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety & health regulations
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage financial performance and revenue goals
- Execute strategies to improve sales and control costs
- Manage ordering, inventory levels, and product availability
- Enforce company policies for cash handling, equipment care, and operations
- Support company growth through operational excellence
* REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or full service preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for scratch-made food and high-quality service
