We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience in fine dining and restaurant environments. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to support culinary excellence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
  • Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed.
  • Serve dishes promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or culinary setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation.
  • Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining is highly desirable.
  • Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
