Job Overview
- Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Remote – Work from Anywhere (U.S.-based)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
- Compensation: 10% of gross commission on every closed deal you generate and/or a set dollar amount per closing
- License Required: No (Unlicensed candidates welcome; licensed agents must join our brokerage)
Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you are the front line of our business. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential buyers and sellers, qualify their needs, set appointments for our closing agents, and nurture relationships until deals close.
You'll work from home using our proven systems, scripts, and training. The more appointments you set that convert into closed transactions, the more you earn. There is no income cap—your success is driven by your effort, consistency, and skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound lead inquiries
- Qualify buyer and seller prospects
- Build rapport and maintain long-term follow-up
- Set qualified appointments for closing agents
- Update and manage contacts in the CRM
- Follow scripts, systems, and daily activity expectations
- Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching
