Your Impact

We are seeking a curious, empathetic, collaborative, and tenacious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing business development team.

In this role, you will be a critical driver of 120Water's growth by generating qualified sales opportunities through thoughtful inbound and outbound outreach. You will evangelize 120Water's mission and solutions, working closely with Sales and Marketing to engage the right prospects, communicate value, and build a strong, sustainable pipeline within an assigned territory or segment.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate 120Water's value proposition clearly and confidently to prospective customers
  • Generate qualified pipeline and consistently achieve meeting and activity goals
  • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Help potential customers understand legislation, regulations, and policies related to clean water compliance
  • Research and prioritize target accounts within an assigned territory or market segment
