Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician / Warehouse Associate, you will support both warehouse operations and hands-on fabrication and assembly in a build-to-order environment. While warehouse responsibilities are the primary focus, this role is intentionally flexible—some days may involve a mix of warehouse and assembly work, while other days may be entirely dedicated to building and assembling equipment.

This is a hands-on build shop, not a CNC or automated manufacturing facility. You will work directly with tools, components, and assemblies to build professional-grade cleaning systems from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations (Primary Focus)

  • Operate a automated carousel
  • Use a WMS for inventory, order picking
  • Use computer for order picking and shipping
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and components
  • Pick, kit, and stage parts for production and assembly builds
  • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Move materials and assemblies throughout the shop and warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas

Fabrication & Assembly (As Needed / Build-Focused Days)

  • Fabricate and assemble custom frames, mounts, and structures using hand tools and power tools
  • Assemble mobile carts and large skids following schematics, build sheets, and work instructions
  • Install mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components including pumps, tanks, filters, valves, reels, and control systems
  • Wire low-voltage control panels and electronic devices
  • Perform quality checks and functional testing on completed systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or fitment issues
  • Maintain organized and safe build areas

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move components and assemblies weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
  • Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly preferred
  • Comfortable working hands-on with tools and physical assemblies
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and build documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to shift focus based on daily priorities

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fabrication experience
  • Experience assembling equipment, skids, carts, or mechanical systems
  • Forklift certification
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management software

Job Type: Full-time
