Requirements:

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home-service dispatch preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with service dispatching software (ServiceTitan) is a plus.

Position Summary:

Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Dispatcher/Office Manager with a clear path to $75k+ plus commission . In this role, you will organize, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to licensed technicians while ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining efficient daily operations .

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination

  • Gather job details accurately and schedule service based on urgency and technician availability.
  • Communicate expectations clearly to customers regarding arrival windows, fees, and follow-up needs.

Technician Dispatching

  • Assign and route jobs to technicians based on skillset, location, workload, and priority.
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the field team to ensure efficient job completion.

Operational Support

  • Update service management software with accurate notes, status changes, and job details.
  • Work closely with service managers, sales, and office staff to coordinate larger projects or same-day needs.
  • Ensure after-hours, emergency, and maintenance calls are organized properly.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Provide a positive, calm, solutions-focused experience—especially during emergencies.
  • Support the company's standard of cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
