Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office / Accounting Assistant to assist with the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to our team and maintaining a productive work environment.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support for project management and estimating team
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and documents
  • Assist with accounts payables and receivables, estimates, and general bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist in employee paperwork and payroll preparation
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and copying

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office setting with strong clerical skills
  • Proven experience in a construction related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; bookkeeping experience is desirable
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities
