We're hiring a Warehouse Manager / Operations Lead to serve as the day-to-day driver of warehouse systems, performance, and accountability a role designed to reduce leadership firefighting and create consistent execution.

This is a high-ownership position for someone who builds structure, solves problems, and executes without needing to be chased.

You will ensure accountability of the 35-person warehouse team through the Warehouse Supervisor, while partnering closely with Inventory and Production leadership to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and accurately — especially during peak season.

  • Lead warehouse-side execution of WMS implementation/adoption
  • Ensure ERP and WMS workflows are consistently followed and properly trained

4) Inventory Partnership (Accuracy + Prevention)

  • Ensure receiving, put-away, picking, and packing practices protect inventory integrity
  • Reinforce correct behaviors (labeling, scanning, location discipline)
  • Participate in root cause reviews to resolve issues permanently, not repeatedly

5) Standardization, SOPs & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain SOPs for warehouse workflows
  • Establish training standards and ensure consistent onboarding and retraining
  • Drive continuous improvement projects that increase pick/pack speed and accuracy
  • Track performance trends and implement targeted solutions
