We are searching for an Office Administrator / Clinic Receptionist to represent our agency as the first point of contact for both clients and staff at our clinic location in GLENDALE (near 75th Avenue/Bell Road). This position will coordinate and perform duties to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and smoothly including closing the clinic (the work schedule is 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.) In addition, they will help to support the daily tasks and programs of the clinical team.
This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. The starting pay range is $ per hour (depending on experience and education).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close the clinic
- Greet families and visitors; check clients in and out of service appointments with clinicians; resolve challenges effectively
- Answer all main line office calls and route callers appropriately
- Maintain office and clinic supplies and inventory; perform light cleaning and organization daily
- Manage the mail and faxes for the clinic
- Assist Human Resources in greeting and assisting new staff (I.e., completing I-9 forms, notarizations, etc.)
- In conjunction with the Facilities Department, help carry out and implement procedures for ensuring the facility meets or exceeds all location-specific requirements (i.e., fire inspections, cleaning and sanitation procedures, evacuation drills, etc.) and assist and help manage facilities related issues as they arise
- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Some administrative experience required
- Experience working with confidential information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Successful experience in a role that required strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Experience with or knowledge of autism spectrum disorders preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check and other related hiring requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a Tuberculosis Test
- Bilingual a plus
